Payment Options
We are exclusively a wholesale distributor. As such, we require a completed Customer Agreement and a New York State and Local Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate on file. If your business is located outside of New York State, a copy of the Resale Certificate issued by your state is sufficient. We offer prepayment on all major credit cards, cash/check on delivery items or Open Account billing subject to credit approval. All purchases are F.O.B. Latham, NY plus applicable handling charges.
Return Policy
We require claims for credit to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide the invoice number, date, and item description to your sales representative. Please do not dispose of the item or original packing material until credit is approved. Special orders are non-returnable, non-refundable. If we have requested that you return an item, please send back the item in the original packaging with your shop name attached. Please note that holiday items are not accepted for return after the holiday has passed. Please print off and use this Return Form to make the process quicker and easier for our staff.
New Customers
We are exclusively a wholesale distributor. We do not offer our products and services to the general public. As such, we require a completed Customer Agreement and a New York State and Local Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate on file. If your business is located outside of New York State, a copy of the Resale Certificate issued by your state is sufficient. Completed forms will be processed immediately by our business office. You will receive notification within 48 hours of submission with your new account information. We encourage new customers to come visit us, get a tour of our facility and talk to the people that make it all happen! In order to give you our undivided attention, please visit us Monday-Friday between the hours of 10am-3pm.

Existing Customers

Shipping Information
Seagroatt Riccardi Delivery
Orders that are placed before the cut off time of the delivery method you select will be processed and shipped on the desired delivery date on our own fleet of delivery trucks by our professional bonded delivery staff.

We ask you to entrust us with a key to your shop so your order will be waiting for you at the start of the business day. If this is not possible we will make alternative delivery arrangements using FedEx, UPS or other common carrier.

On site pick ups are always welcome with no handling charge. There is a nominal handling charge for all deliveries regardless of volume.  

For orders placed to locations outside our normal distribution route, we will ship using FedEx or UPS as per customer request. Ground and Air services are available.
