Payment Options

 

We are exclusively a wholesale distributor. As such, we require a completed Customer Agreement and a New York State and Local Sales and Use Tax Resale Certificate on file. If your business is located outside of New York State, a copy of the Resale Certificate issued by your state is sufficient. We offer prepayment on all major credit cards, cash/check on delivery items or Open Account billing subject to credit approval. All purchases are F.O.B. Latham, NY plus applicable handling charges. Delivery

 

Orders within our normal distribution route that are recieved by 5pm weekdays will be delivered on your next scheduled delivery day on our own fleet of trucks. Weekend orders must be placed by Noon on Saturday and 11 am Sunday for delivery on the weekend. We ask you to entrust us with a key to your shop so your order will be waiting for you at the start of the business day. If this is not possible we will make alternate delivery arrangements using UPS, FedEX or other common carrier. There is a minimal $9.00 handling charge for each delivery on our truck.

For orders placed to locations outside our normal distribution route, we will ship using UPS, FedEX or as per customer request. Shipping charges will be calculated at time of delivery and confirmed with the order confirmation.

Care and Handling

You can be assured that we stand behind the quality of the product we sell. We work very closely with our growers and vendors to assure you have the best products at the best prices. To maintain this high quality standard it is important that you follow good care and handling procedures.

Customer Pick Up

 

Let us know when you want to stop in and we will have your order ready. We will waive the customary $9.00 handling charge for orders picked up at our location. Directions.

Return Policy

We require claims for credit to be reported within 48 hours of receipt of the product. Please provide the invoice number, date, and item description to your sales representative. Please do not dispose of the item or original packing material until credit is approved. If we have requested that you return an item, please send back the item in the original packaging with your shop name attached. Please note that holiday items are not accepted for return after the holiday has passed. Please print off and use this Return Form to make the process quicker & easier for our staff.

Repeating Orders

Seagroatt Riccardi, Ltd. works closely with many flower farms enabling us to offer a variety of purchasing options. You may choose to "play the market" with your purchases or enjoy the stability of a fixed price program to keep your purchase prices of fresh product constant throughout the year. In most instances, repeating orders entitle you to double your order for the week preceding a holiday. Repeating orders also give you priority for inventory items with limited availability. Supply Drop Ship Program

 

 

All customers have the option of receiving their supplies direct from Syndicate Sales at a discounted price through our Drop Ship Program. A minimum 100 case order will allow you to receive up to 20% discount off our list prices. Too many cases for just you? Split it with a neighboring shop - we'll even bill you seperately! The order will be shipped directly to you from the manufacturer. This program is available on a weekly basis. Contact your sales representative for additional details.

Special Orders

If you have a need for flowers or supplies not shown on this website, call us with your specific needs. If you are working after hours, click on the Flower Order Form tab at the top of the page. Just fill out the online order form and submit. We will take care of that order first thing in the morning and respond to you immediately!
